I like some cards on eBay that seller "sandiegowill" is selling, particularly the 1960 Mantle and Clemente. I do currently have 1960 Mantle but mine isn't as nice.

Anyone ever buy from "sandiegowill" recently or in the past? If so tell me your experience with this seller.

He or she doesn't except paypal on high dollar items and has a few neg/neutral feedback's.

    I bought a 1961 Banks and a 1968 Mantle from his ebay auctions about a month or so ago, everything went smooth. It just takes a little longer to get your cards because you have to wait for snail mail to get your payment to him, but I had no complaints and received my cards faster then some I've paid for with paypal.

    I bought one or two items from this seller. The delivery was a bit slower than usual and I think that was one of the issues discussed previously. If I remember correctly, my delivery time may have been slow due to weather issues (March snowstorm that shutdown alot of the midwest and east coast)
    The items were well packaged and I've been an underbidder on a few of this seller's items since then.

    Do a search on him here - you'll find several threads on him. Above link will take you to the latest one. Slooooooow shipping and not the best customer service.

    my experience tells me that this is a seller to avoid

    Anyway, it seems like this guy is on and off from past experiences.

    I might take my chances for a high end card, I don't mind slow mail. As long as I get the card in the condition it was described I am happy. Shipping would be key too, back in January I had a stupid seller mail a $1,000 card in an envelope.

    I have bought from Will Hays Cards several times. No problems.

    I bought this T3 from Will Hays raw for 500$ and it came back a 6!!!

    I have bought items over the past few years with no problems at all. Only downside - if I remember - he doesn't take paypal.

    very slow but you will get your cards. he can be trusted but you have to be patient.
