information on a 22-coin "first strike" state quarter set

A friend of mine bought a 22-coin 2005 state quarter set graded MS69 by ICG. She didn't know anything about the coins and bought them from one of those TV coin shows.
Does anyone have any information about them or where I can ascertain their value?
