How can you tell if a T 206 card is a reprint? (Pic added)

I know there is a lot of reprints of the older cards made. I found one with Covaleski, Phila. Nat'l on the front and Piedmont on the back. Any help appreciated.

Thanks

It should have the copyright date in tiny letters at the bottom on the back.

The type face is probably one of the best indicators of a reprint.

Ungraded = probably reprint or altered, especially if it is of a noteworthy player.

Graded = authentic and most likely unaltered.

thats an exceptionally cynical view. an ungraded, lower grade common t206 has a very low change of being altered. It's probably fine, and it's probably a $10 or $15 card.
Graphix, by the way, please check your PM's.

I don't have a scanner but I took a digital pic. I tried to make it big as I read something about the dot patterns...

    Definitely.

And I'll say it's OK, Graphix. Print quality and nameplate look pretty typical to me.

Wow I have to say I do not collect but I really like the look of this card. I have been going thru alot of cards and I really like this style by far the most. I know this one is not in great condition but if there are others in the same type of condition that can be had for a $10 to $15 price range I may have to start looking for them.

    Thanks
