Any saints near melt?

I'm going to be purchasing a decent amount of gold and I'd like to buy some saints but don't want to pay too much over melt for them. Are there any dates that I can expect to buy at a pretty close price to melt value?
I'd even consider buying bullion as long as they are a US mint product but I'm not going to pay some outrageous premium for some high grade bullion.
I'd appreciate some advice.

I don't know if this is what you mean.......

But I heard SaintGuru is nearing meltdown image
  • Most US bullion is available at melt. Only the certified MS70's sell for ridiculous money.

Dates like the 1924-P and 1927-P are usually available at melt + 5 or 10%

One of the major suppliers is offering us VF $20 Saints at approx. $26 over melt. If you call around to your local dealers, you might find somebody with a quantity that would match that price. However, they seem to be difficult to find in quantity at that price.

A few of the bullion houses will have low end Saints. Bring cash, and expect to not have the option to pick through them for the nice ones.

Would they offer any kind of discount if I wanted to spend 10K or so?

$10K is not a very big order to the major vendors.
