card was in graded holder busted it out & gonna send it to PSA if noone wants it here - thought i would offer it to someone on the boards before sending it in ( not everyone wants a slabbed card) card is graded nrmt-mt 8

Why bust it out before knowing that a buyer wants it raw? Why not show the whole holder, so we know what the grading company graded it?

$21.00 dlvd?? Card lists for $4.00-5.00 ungraded. SMR is $26.00 for a 8. Your card appears at best to be a 8 OC

I had already busted it out a week or so ago to send in - & to answer your question about the holder if i scan card with holder you cant tell much about the card - if i had scanned with the holder you would be asking for a scan of just the card - & PING you should go to work for psa you could be the HEAD grader- if not interested in the card move on 2 the next post. dont like my price then dont buy it that simple

Ah, so you scanned it in the slab at least a week ago and cropped away the slab. Then you cracked it out of the slab intending to send it to PSA. But then you thought hey, before I send this awesome nm/mt card to PSA, I should give my buddies first crack at it. So you pulled out the week-old scan of the card still in its holder but with the grading company's info cropped off to show us what an awesome card it is.

Makes sense to me.

What's everyone's guess as to what's on the flip on the slab in the picture?

I agree ... it certainly looks like an 8 (OC).

He should also get the "lamest story of the week award" for that nonsense about scanning it first, then cracking it out, then changing his mind.

What was he hoping it would jump up to a 9(oc)?
