cracked planchet

I have a 1921 Morgan. On the reverse there is what appears to be a die gouge and a crack in the eagle chest and extends a good portion across into the wing. Also there are also lamination area's.
Is this relatively common? Or is it considered to be a planchet flaw.
In either case can it have any added value?
If needed I can post pictures

The upper arrow points to the lamination, second is the die gouge and the crack starts there in two areas going to one crack and ending up above the dark spot and turning downward to the dark spot
Up close to crack as it extends downward to dark spot that looks like it either fell off or something

It also looks like a VAM 8 "dot" variety. Check out the images at VAMworld.
Do wing dots bring a premium?
