How to get on Heritage's Mailing List?

I've ordered a few coins from the over the past month or so, most expensive was about $600. Yet, I didn't get any catalogues for their upcoming auction. What does it take to get on their mailing list?

call them and they'll square it away. I've been quite happy with customer service (nearly all the time).

When you find out, please PM Longacre with the answer. image

Actually, customer service at Heritage is very good. If you are a serious buyer of coins, with them or elsewhere, it is easy to get on the list. Call 'em, and they will get you on.

The bigger question is how are you not on it? I get the impression that they add everyone to it they can as fast as they can. I don't think you'll have any trouble getting on it.

    Thanks,

How to get on Heritage's Mailing List?

this is a question that begs for an answer!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have bought direct from them, bought in their auctions and even consigned coins. GEEZ, i didn't even get a catalogue for the auction that i had stuff consigned to. what's a guy got to do to get their catalogues?? on the other hand, ANR and Stack's sent them to me without even asking.

Basically the same for me except that I did get the catalog that I had several coins sigined to the auction.

I have bid in several of the more recent auctions with mixed results but no catalogs.

I was on their mailing list at one time but not any more. If someone has the correct answer I would like to know what it is also.

I've had a recent issue resolved with Heritage that can be classified as an "above and beyond the call of duty" result by one of their professionals. I suggest you call Heritage and inquire. I was pleased with my dealings with them today.

Why would you want to? Most people want OFF of mailing lists.

I have numerous, albeit relatively small purchases from Heritage since about last summer. I don't recall receiving anything from them other than the items I've purchased. Oh, wait, I think I remember seeing a postcard once.

I bought a few inexpensive coins and I got on the list. I placed low bids on some EXPENSIVE coins but I doubt they monitor that.

I use the cataloge to tap the corners of GW Dollars when they rotate during transport. If I want to look up coins I do it online.

in every issue of Coin World, they seem to have an advertisement about a big sale coming up

on the page ad there is a small box saying (the May 7 issue) ->

To receive a complimentary book or catalog of your choice, register online at
HA.com/CW5569 or call 866-835-3243 and mention reference #CW5569

I went to the website and it was homepage showing all the other areas they are involved in
you can get 1 for free catalog, or buy a yearly subscription for $150, which includes a coupon for $150
    so essentially free

I have to imagine if you have some major purchases and call that phone number, you could get a year subscription without problem

You really probably have to be special (like Legend Laura),
to be able to use the secret password 'Rohan is hot"

I've bought multiple things from them and have never gotten a catalog. I'm not really complaining though. I get all of their mailings wanting my coins for their auctions, but no catalogs.
