Dipping 40% silver Ike?

I just got a 1971-S 40% silver Ike in the mail and it's hazed as all heck. It was in a blue token mint pack, which I've just liberated it from. Do 40% silver coins like this one dip well? I'd like to try and get some of that nasty haze off of the coin, but I've never done any dipping before. I figure that a $6 coin is a good place to learn. Any tips, products, etc? Thanks!
BTW, is the blue token that came with the Ike collectable? I don't especially want it.

Cool. Didn't know that
Did your hazing dip off?
My experience has been that a lot of these 40% IKEs, especially the 1971-S's, actually have milk spotting and milk smears which will not dip off.

I was under the impression that MS70 is considered dipping and sometimes doctoring (it can color copper coins). Is this not the case?
I was asking pendragon if his coin dipped out ok!

MS70 is a surficant (super soap) and not an acidic dip. Us e MS70 straight or lightly diluted on a Q-tip and swab the surfaces. Rise very, very well and pat dry.
Even I'm not stupid enough to use acid on a modern proof except in extenuating circumstances.

Thanks for the clarification
Some dealers have so many of these, they use them as poker chips.
