What the heck are these coins?

Part of a local collection. If anyone knows what they are and roughly what they are worth, I would appreciate the info.

Thanks!

    1. Dunno, maybe some from a Caribean French Colony?
    2. Dunno, something Muslim or Hindu?
    3. Dunno, I've seen similar designs on C.A.R. coins though.

First coin is too dark an image for me to make out (my monitor is lame)

    Second one is India - Madras Presidency KM#315 1803 1 Cash, 0.64g CU, 4th ed. prices G 0.50, VG 1.25, F 3.00, VF 5.00, XF 10.00

    Third one is Guatemala KM# 151 1886 1/4 Real, .0206 asw, 4th ed. prices F 1.50, VF 2.50, XF 4.50

Someone else will nail the ID on the first one soon, I'd guess...!

Wow! Thank you for all the help!

I have two ancients that I need some help on too, but I have emailed images to a friend of mine.

Anyone know where I can get info on civil war dogtags?

Technically correct - 1 is a copper 9 Deniers, minted 1721, La Rochelle Mint - used in Canada.

Some French pieces like that are also listed in the US coin Redbook under the colonial section, too. And because of that connection, they sometimes can fetch much nicer prices than a regular ol' Darkside coin. Funny how that goes with some of the colonial stuff. If it's a Redbook type, it usually brings a lot more money.
