    I guess I'd call them serrated edges and not actual perfs. Gives them the "look" of perforated stamps.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    Whatever they are I'll have to agree. I don't see any point to them.
