my girl friend found one at a garage sale just like it for 25 cents.
it was in one of those stapled 2 by 2s i think it is called.
into the album it went.
hm, it was a 43-D. not P. but just as nice.
i thought these were common in this shape?

65 if that's a die crack and not a scratch on the obverse.

Okay, so am I guessing what someone else graded it, or am I just supposed to grade it myself?
I guess I'm not big on "guess the grade" when I don't have to guess what the coin grades.
It's a low end 66 if in a slab, but I would grade it on the top end of 65.

There are enough marks in prime focal areas that anything above 64 is a gift...IMO...unles we are seeing marks that are on the holder.

Abe has one helluva nice crack. 65, with a shot at 66. Looks worse blown up than in hand I am sure.
