would you want a PSA 7 or this PSA 9 OC of a '52 Bowman Lge. #1 Norm Van Brocklin?

Would you desire this PSA 9 OC, or would you prefer a PSA 7, of this rare card?

of the way the market works, I would want
to pay a little under 7 money for it.

I just recently bought a T-202 Ty Cobb in PSA 5 MC for less than a PSA 2 goes for. This is a no-brainer in my opinion. For the corners, surface, etc. to survive in excellent shape for nearly 100 years but have 95/5 centering (just like it did in 1912), I'll take that over a card with creases, rounded corners, etc.
Maybe it's just me, but I'm more tolerant of centering on vintage than condition, since I feel it is so much more difficult for these cards to survive intact with great corners and edges. Just my two cents....
I would take a PSA 9 oc if the centering was close to 70/30 however. I'll pass on the 10/90 centered PSA 9 o/c's.
That Van Brocklin is a little too o/c for my tastes. I would take a centered psa 7 in that case.
It all depends on the eye appeal to me.
I have a few instances of this in my collection -- I have some cards where I have both a PSA 8(OC) and a PSA 6. In most cases, I consider the 8(OC) part of my best set, and the 6 is a dupe. Many 8(OC)s are centered well enough to get a straight 6 grade, but aside from centering look like an 8...
It seems like I'm in the minority on this, though.

Finding a card like that in 9 quality, albeit off center, is still a great find. 55 years old and it has great color, razor sharp corners and perfect edges. Even when it was fresh outta the pack it was OC. 55 years of existence changed nothing else about that card.
