Troy, this one looks pretty nice - ask for a better scan, he can usually do that. I've dealt with this seller before, once I was unhappy with a card that was about $200, I had paid with a money order. He emailed me back in an hour, said to return the card, and he mailed me a check for the card in full plus shipping both ways before I sent the card.

Looks like it might get a 6 or 7, better scan will say for sure.
