Ah, it is a painful experience sometimes.

My order was hand delivered at the show on 3/16, order logged in on 4/5. I whine and moan about it all the time. Really irritates me, but hopefully I'll be rewarded with some nice grades. :

I would give them a call on your order. I know they say they are backlogged but maybe you can get someone to specifically find yours in the pile of boxes they have there and get it logged in at least.

sometimes when an order is not logged it's because it was on the problem shelf. Calling and tracking it down is the only way to get the problem fixed and getting the submission in the system.

Well I called today and they said it is not on the problem shelf.

The CS rep said that the receiving dept is backed up.

You figure when you drop $1500 with a company you may be able to get a little customer service. They figure otherwise.

I dropped off multiple orders last Friday nite at the show, and they were logged on Tuesday. Must be something going on not to have your order logged.
I have been told it wasn't on the problem shelf before, only to find out a week later it was. Maybe another call in a few days is in order.

Weird. Mine arrived and were logged either the same day or next (and my checks were already cashed). I was expecting to have to wait a least a week or so.
