Who do you contact at PSA with a problem.......

...when you want to get something done??

I'm getting a little frustrated with PSA. I sent in an order for my six free submissions on March 17th. The order included this Fran Tarkenton auto

I didn't realize at the time that it was a crossover, since it hadn't been graded by Beckett, it was just in a Beckett holder.
So a week goes by and I get an email from PSA (won't name any names) saying it was a crossover and I needed to add an additional $11.20 for them to ship seperately. I was told to send them an email authorizing my credit card being charged the additional money, and I immediately did.
A week ago, I still hadn't gotten anything, so I called them and a different person (again, no names) told me the same thing. I explained to them I had already sent the email. They told me to send them another one and it would be taken care of, which I immediately did.
Now another week, and still nothing.

Okay, I sent in a crossover with my free submissions, I made a mistake, I get it. But now my freebies that are supposed to take seven days (at least that's what they tell you when you pay the $100 to join) has been there for 5 weeks and they still aren't even logged into the system.

Should I continue to wait, or is there someone at PSA who I can call that knows how to get something done?

Thanks for the help.

i know this sucks but the clock hasnt started ticking on your order there yet. since your order was a "problem" it sits on a shelf until the problem is fixed. that also means the order isnt logged into the system and no clock has started. there also isnt a set time that your "free" submission will be graded in. They do the best to do it in the period they state, but if its past the date you wont get anything for it (since they are free submissions).

I assume from your post Pandrews that's not the best approach??

I understand the problem shelf thing jradke. That's my point. I know there's a problem, and sent two emails and had a phone call that was suppose to fix it. I didn't know who to contact to ACTUALLY fix it.

In reality, it should've been fixed a month ago. Now if PSA is using this as an excuse to not have to log it in so there is no real time table, that's another thing to complain about all together.

i had a problem with a mechanical error order that i sent in for corrrection. it didnt sit on the problem shelf but after 2 months I emailed PSA first. never heard back. then i called and the rep said that is too long for that and was going to check into it and call me back. never got a call back. so i pm'd carol. she looked into it and she had the cards shipped to me with in 2 days. so i would pm her. just be nice to her as she can be really helpful and is the only one from psa that seems to watch the boards and cares what people on here have to say.

I have a problem with my sub that has been sitting on the problem shelf since 4/3. I spoke to someone twice with poor results, yesterday I PMed carol and she responded, said she had passed it on to someone to take care of and that she would be gone until next week. If you need a response before then she isn't the one to ask.

But I was impressed that I heard back from her within an hour!

Is it possible to make a list of "don't bother" folks at psa customer service, to save people the hassle of wasting time waiting for help? I have a couple names I would add to that list.

The only two problems I have had in the years I have been with PSA were swiftly solved by a little call/e-mail to carolj - it's worth a try.

Just thought I'd share that I did get around to PM'ing Carol on Sunday. On Monday she let me know she was at a show and couldn't do much but would pass it on to someone who could.

As of today, she PM'ed me back and had completely taken care of everything for me. She was more than helpful at a time when, in reality, no one else I contacted would help me.

So just wanted to thank those guys who recommended I contact her, as well as thank Carol for going out of her way to more than take care of my "problem".
