    It looks VERY o/c top to bottom for a nine.

    I check my 9 and there is a big difference between mine and the one on ebay. Top to bottom may be as much as an 1/8 inch. I would agree with you on this one. I think the top to bottom centering was missed

    I agree it is OC, Looks like they eyeballed it and didn't measure it.
