Travis Buck '05 Topps Update Black Refractor Variation--any info?

I pulled one of these out of a blaster box from Target a while ago. It's the black refractor, which is supposed to be numbered to 200. Only this one isn't numbered and the words 'black refractor' on the back seem printed over something else. I've seen them on Ebay (where this one will be ending up) but I really have no info on it. Anyone know what the story is? Did they print just 200 black refractors and this is one of them that is unnumbered? Or did they print 200 serial numbered ones and some extras got out unnumbered? Any help will be appreciated.
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?
