ROTATED AND CLASHED BUFFS?

How common is a 1913 type 1 with about 30-45 degree rotation in AU? Value? And also a 1913 Type 2 with clashed obverse abd reverse in XF? Value?

Thanks,

There are probably more 1913 Var One Buffs WITH a rotated die than ones with the dies properly aligned. Clashes-even strong ones-are quite common, too. One of the more intersting die clashes give the appearance of the Indian wearing a "Lone Ranger" mask. Bill Fivas wrote an article on these a few years back.
