Buffalo Variety Attribution Help 1914/3-D

Who and where can i send Buffalo nickles for Variety attributions?I know it's a tough variety to attribute,but while looking through my circulated Buffs i found what looks to be a 1914-D with a mark between the 1 and the 4 and has traces of polishing lines above the date.1914/3-D?Graded ANACS VG8.Trying to modify QX5 to take a picture of slab.
