Helping a friend out

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I've read these boards for a while and occasionally post here and there. What I've seen over that time is a community who will go to hell and back for one another and will do it out of the goodness of their hearts. I've seen many of you send out cards during the holidays, help each other complete sets, etc., and all for nothing other than the collecting community is one that looks out for its own.
Recently a good friend of mine, someone who I grew up playing soccer with had his second child. Much to their surprise he was born with a large brain tumor that covered almost 80% of the left hemisphere of his brain. After surgery and a biopsy the doctors determined that baby George had Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) Stage 4 Brain Cancer. He is now in a 42 day regimen of chemotherapy in hopes or reducing whats left of the tumor before they go back in to remove what's left from his brain stem
If any of you have ever either gone through this or had a loved one go through this, you know what the hospital bills are like. As a result, my company (Soccer Garage) has starting a fund, "The Baby George Fund." I hate to ask for a handout, but we are collecting donations on our website, where we will be matching your donations up to $2500. 100% of all donations will go directly to them. You can make a donation through our website SoccerGarage.com or go directly to the Baby George page.
Thank you and God bless,
Brian
