How do people find coins on Ebay before they're indexed and show in the listings?

About an hour ago, I listed a bunch of coins on Ebay and one of them already has 4 watchers. However, when I do a search on my listings, they don't show up yet. How do people find them before Ebay indexes and adds them to the listings?

That happened to me once, and I discovered that I was searching with a set of criteria that didn't locate my listing. Once I figured out the right search criteria, my auctions popped right up.

They either have you on their favorite seller's list with eMail notification, or have opted for eMail notification whenever a specific coin type is listed.

lately I have been listing ring magazines from the 20, 30 and 40's and whenever i list one 6 people have seen it within seconds. I see the counter starts at 6. i assumed that was cuz ebay emailed them or whatever.

We have sometimes seen listings when searching by seller...that didn't show up in a category search until later.
