OT: Shipping labels w/paypal

Someone just sent me money via paypal for something he bought from me today and it says that he is uneligible, and I can't print out a shipping label and pay with my balance. Is there any other way I can still print out a shipping label (WITH postage and everything) and pay with paypal?
