Question - is there a way to block sellers?

I know that you can block potential bidders but can you block yourself from bidding on items from certain sellers? Make sense??

But, you can title a notepad, "blocked sellers,"
and keep it in your tray; to be checked when
in doubt, and to be added to frequently.
