coin left the mint looking like that. Plus the seller doesn't specify what his return policy is. The coin can be bought for
a relatively small price, but I think you would be gambling and taking the worse of it.

the Lincoln appears to have a genuine cud on the reverse. I can't tell what's going on with the obverse.

If that was a real error coin why wouldn't it be slabbed?

The reverse die broke creating a cud on the reverse, The piece that broke out of the reverse die subsequently damaged the obverse die resulting in that look that you see on the coins struck from the obverse die.
