Surviving Pops of Carson City Dimes

Taken from CDN:
1871: 70
1872: 95
1873 w/o arrows: 1
1873 w/ arrows: 80
1874: 40
1875 above: 10,000
1875 below: 3,500
1876: 50,000
1877: 59,000
1878: 450
These numbers really stunned me. There must almost no demand for Seated Dimes outside of a few major collectors. My first thought is to pick up every 1878-CC I can find. The common dates seem so undervalued.
Does anyone know estimated survival of 1916-D merc and 1895-O barber??
