Counterfeit Indo-China Piastre on Ebay?

Saw this coin on ebay, looked it up in the book and noticed a mintage of 6,108. Then I noticed the back says 27 Gr instead of 27.215 which is correct for 1885-1895 issues. That and the date looks kinda funny.

If someone could confirm this, it would be a good warning to any other board members who might have considered bidding on this coin.
MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

    My gut feeling on that coin is made in Vietnam c. 1980.

    Or China, c. 1975-2000.

    A genuine coin's legend would never mis-state the weight specified, especially on the low side. With the current bullion value of a genuine coin currently ~$10.70 and a single bidder offering $11.50 including S/H, the auction by a seller with at least 17 negs just doesn't pass the "smell test" IMO.

    It's fake. Unfortunately, fakes of these piastres are very common.
