1961 Lincoln cent error,any premium for this?

I found this in pocket change several years ago,put it in my junk box.What would this type of error be called and is it worth anything?The last one in the date is slanted , looks like it was almost sheared off during the minting process.Sorry for the picture as my camera will not take extreme close-ups.

Looks like it was sanded off, But dont listen to me i dont know anything about error coins.
