Who minted this medal?

I finally got around to re-imaging the small medal I brought back from "over there" two years ago. Still can't find any reference material on it - any ideas? Only identifiable mark is the mint mark below the 22K square. It looks like either IF, or FF monogram...

What do you guys think?

Hmm... Looks like the same people who minted this 100 Dinars at Coin Archives. The weight is 19.07 grams, half of that 100 Dinars...

I'll find the info if I have to call the Iraqi Information Minister, himself!

It appears to be a medal celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Iraqi Air Force.

Looks like the date are 1981 on the left and 1931 on the right. And I would agree that it has to do with the Air Force.
(Remember, read right to left...)

The inscription at the bottom reads: "Golden jubilee of the Iraqi Air Force 1931 AD - 1981 AD"

Good luck with that -- I'm not sure how badly they were looted after the fall of Saddam.
