Anyone know if metal detecting is permited on Bermuda?

    I don't know if it is allowed, but I do remember hearing about a coin collection that was stolen in the early 1900's. Supposedly it was buried down in Bermuda. I think the person collected nothing but half dimes.

    I believe when I was a kid I buried some treasure on the farm I grew up on...now that I have a detector maybe I will have to ask for permission to retrieve it.
