FSH - and then there was one - Toned 1949 Roosie PCGS MS67 Price Reduced

Beautifully Toned 1949 Roosevelt Dime, PCGS MS67. Population 59 with none higher without FB; there are another 11 in 67FB and a lone 68FB graded higher. The coin is very lustrous, and there are no marks of note. The obverse features a pretty crescent of toning, mainly medium blue framed in reds and golds, with a similar but smaller crescent on the reverse. An untoned example sold on Teletrade last August for a $220 bid; another blast white coin sold on Teletrade earlier this week for $180.

    It is very possible, I've been buying up as many 1936 DDOs raw as I can and submitting the best ones to PCGS.

    As it stands, a third Forum member now gets to hold the coin, as it is already sold. image
