Presidential Coin Covers

Hi,

The mint is issuing presidential coin covers with a P & D mint presidential dollar indiacting the coins contained in the sealed coves are minted on the first day of production.-

It seems to me since the coin covers will not be available to send in on the FDI deadline for the presidential dollars, PCGS should certify the presidential coin cover coins as being from the first day of mintage as the government packaging indicates they are. Much like what PCGS does with coins sent in from the 2000 'Millenium Set'. Is there any possibility of this happening?

The coins from these covers qualify for the First Day of Issue designation and we're considering a First Day of Mintage designation as an alternative.
