How long does it take for PSA to confirm shipment?

The PSA P.O. box address got my package on April 9. I still have not got an email that PSA has my shipment and today is April 15, Do they sometimes not give notification by email and just start grading? Thanks Spazzy

There have been times where I did not get an email. You might want to call them though and make sure your order is not on the problem shelf and just to verify that it was received in good order.

If you are concerned that they do not have the sub,
check the sub-status info from the homepage link.

If you are concerned that they are on the problem
    shelf, give them a call.

    Sometimes they email, sometimes not.

This seems to be S.O.P the last month and a half or so. Give them a call.

    April 6; Sent sub Pri/insured

    April 16; Sub logged

Generally they get logged in 5 days. Growing pains at CU no doubt.
  • Hi- My last sub took 9 business days to get logged in! That was in March when they were indulged with subs from the 1967-present 5 day special. Hopefully they are finally gettting caught up since the new special won't have the same quanity of subs that the March special did! Hopefully they can get caught up on grading too so I get all my mid-March sub grades by the end of this month. I have my fingers crossed!

You may want to check your junk email. My notification of shipment reciept showed up there.

My USPS certified mail number showed that mine was delivered April 5th. It was not logged with PSA until April 11th.

So if you are not logged in the next couple of days, give them a call or use the new e-mail request on the status check section. I did this and I received a response e-mail later the next day.
