I thought I recognized it as being from Turkey and thumbed thru my old Krause to see. I think it is a 5 Para from Muhammad V KM # 759 as compared to the really poor picture in my old Krause. The date is AH1327 (1908). I hope this helps and I'm sure someone with far more expertise in this area can tell you which one of the 6 listed it is and give you a current price.

French: all I've got is Krause 4th ed. (2004), with gives $28 in EF and $65 in Unc.

Ottoman Turkish: Looks like year 5 (1913); the little circle below the toughra is the numeral 5. CV $1 in Fine. Made of nickel.
