Calling jimq112...USPS help, please?

Is there any way to track an insured package or does it have to be done at the PO?

  • If you used the blue and white slip (for more than $50 insurance) then you can just go here and punch in the #, if you used the green slip for under $50 then I'm not sure.

    it was over $50, but that that didn't work. stated that no tracking was available on that site
  • Huh, I just tried it and got the same result you did. I swear you used to be able to track on the website. Sorry I couldn't help.

    Hi - sometimes I can track them at work, but not at home. If you PM me the # I can see what I can find on monday. It's not available on the internet yet. Hopefully soon, our scanners now keep a photo of the receiver's autograph. Maybe someday!
