I guess the title pretty much explains it. I am looking to buy a 1973-S Silver Eisenhower Dollar graded PCGS PR69DCAM to finish off my Proof Ike set. The only requirement is no toning or spotting, as it needs to be blast white. I can pay either through Paypal (credit card) or I can mail a money order.
