SSP: (Sold out!) 20-pc binder lots of my 3/$1 bin overstock! Two giveaways (winners in first threa

My 35-cent or 3/$1 bin at the antique mall is overstocked right now, so I thought I would put some of this stuff on the forum. In the past, people have mentioned an interest in my really cheap stuff, but the logistics in listing and selling (and shipping!) so much cheapo material eluded me until now.
The three-for-a-dollars are the cheapest coins I offer attributed in holders. I do have a 10-cent bulk bin at the antique mall, but those are just loose coins, and the 3/$1 pieces are far more popular. I daresay they've helped me make the rent a few times.
I suppose people like the fact that they are in holders- few dealers would take the time to put so much cheap stuff in 2x2s. Believe me, I go through a lot of 2x2s- this here is just my overstock- what wouldn't fit in the bin- and there are 524 coins here, if you count the two giveaways!
How often do you see 524 cheapo, 35-cent coins listed, with pictures of every one? Fat chance of that, right?
Wrong! I scanned each and every one of these pages. True, they are low-resolution scans (75 dpi), and only of the obverses, but you can browse through the junkbox stuff with pictures, this time. The clear plastic pages I put the coins in were recycled from old albums, so they are kind of scuffy sometimes- some of the pictures might show smears or scuffs on the plastic. I used no recycled, scribbled-up or white-outed 2x2s, though- those were all new. There is an awful lot of dust and the occasional cat hair on my scanner that shows up in the pics. Sorry 'bout that.
Now, about the coins. I put a mixture of old and new coins in, including some low-end stuff from the 1800s.
In the past, I used to have small silver in my 3/$1 bin, but those days are gone, I'm afraid. Each binder page lot will consist of twenty coins from at least a dozen or more different countries, and will include at least one coin from the 1800s and usually an Uncirculated coin or two. I do not take a whole lot of time examining these- you'll see a grade on a few of them, but mostly I just write the country, denomination, and date. Some of the coins might have minor problems. The 1800s material is usually heavily worn and/or damaged/cleaned, but that's why it ended up in the 3/$1 junk bin. Some of these coins are "woulda beens", which would have been worth a dollar or two, had they not had some issue with quality.
I wish I could let all of you forum friends cherrypick this stuff individually, to your heart's content, and pay the 3/$1 price my local customers do. Some of them pull up the stool and spend hours in front of the bin. But I have to consider shipping and handling.
This is why each page of twenty coins is ten dollars with shipping included. You'll end up paying fifty cents a coin instead of 33-35 cents, but you get shipping and a binder page. (If you are outside of North America, I'll need to ask you for an additional shipping surcharge).
Before you go on to have a peek inside Lord M's junkbox, I am also doing two giveaways to add some additional fun. As you'll see when you browse the lots, this particular batch was heavy on obsolete British predecimal pennies and halfpennies, so after I assembled all the pages, I had leftovers. Presto! Giveaway time!
Random giveaway #1: one dozen obsolete British halfpennies, average circulated.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Just post here, and say you want to enter for giveaway #1.

Random Giveaway #2: one dozen British large pennies, average circulated.

Hey, if this selling format works, I might try it more often.
Heaven knows there are hundreds if not thousands more coins where these came from. I might also use it for the one-dollar coins.

These are quite popular with the kiddies. I need to give some to my daughter's class. They make nice Halloween treats, too- but you'd better give candy with the coins, or you'll be labeled a weirdo!

<< <i>I just wanted to say thank you for how you displayed your offerings... Living in the middle of no where, I don't have cable or DSL available. I was able to look at all the pages one at a time with no trouble even using my slow dial up connection. I wish all were as considerate in this regard.
Thanks,

Been there, lived that. Living in the middle of nowhere myself, I remember those hellish days before we splurged for satellite DSL, when I had a dialup connection that ran at about 16K- when I could play a hand of solitaire, make a sandwich, and eat it, before a page loaded! It was hell. I used to curse people who had animated gifs in their siglines- they would freeze an entire page up.
Thanks LordM!

Thank you lordmarcovan. Is there a better person in this forum??? Don't know, but you're up towards the top for sure. And thank you to random.org. I believe this is the first time I've won a random pull on any site (except for the VTH III Zot prize, but that's not exactly random). Jaylyn will love them and will probably be her show and tell items at the next coin club meeting.
Rob
I believe I need to do a giveaway soon, maybe post 250 or 500 I don't know.
