I've got two ideas for you.

1. Try to get in contact with the owner of defunct MJ Roop and press him for how you can get these cases. I'd imagine he contracted the work or obtained them from someone. Maybe he will help you. Try emailing sales@mjroop.com and see if anyone replies.

2. Google wood boxes & contact companies that will make the boxes for you. Give the company the dimensions you seek and you may be surprised that they will make them better or cheaper than what they were being sold for.

I've already sent a couple emails to Roop and never got a response. I'll keep trying. If I still come up short, I'm just going to buy a few of the non-wooden ones that are available.
