I found this from the 2006 Topps Heritage Post, page 37.
All five checklists have variations. I wouldn't think that you would need all CL variations to call it a master set, but there are some here that are fanatical that way (myself included) that have to have them all. Here are the differences:
Checklist 1: Hobby: #78 Ryan Garko has RC designation Retail: #78 Ryan Garko missing RC designation
Checklist 2: Hobby: #186 Bobby Crosby has a check box Retail: #186 Bobby Crosby is missing the check box
Checklist 3: Hobby: #394 Rich Hill has RC designation Retail: #394 Rich Hill missing RC designation
Checklist 4: Hobby: back lower left - Ron Negra Retail: back lower left - Ron Negray
Checklist 5: Hobby: First column ends with Roberts, 2nd column ends with Cabrera, 4th column ends with Ford - column differences carry over to the back. Cut sigs & relics are present. Retail: First column ends with Robinson, 2nd column ends with Ensberg, 4th column ends with Banks - column differences carry over to the back. Cut sigs & relics missing.
