Question about free submissions

I have had a voucher for free submissions that is going to expire soon. What form do I use with this? On the Submission Center page it states not to use the Submission Forms for complimentary submissions. Does this apply to my voucher? Any help would be appreciated.

    You can use the online form with the vouchers without any problems.

    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
