Would you buy WAX PACKS fro this guy?

On EBAY I seen a auction for a wax box of cards and in the description was this...

Excellent hockey wax box for the NHL fan! This is a 1974-75 Topps hockey wax box. Box contains 24 wax packs. Both box and packs in very nice condition. This year highlighted by stars such as Bobby Orr, Phil Esposito, Ken Dryden etc. Buyer pays 10.00 shipping and handling (insurance and delivery confirmation is included). Please read all terms and conditions as outlined below. I will be happy to try and answer any questions to the best of my ability, but please make sure to read the items below as it will answer 99.9% of all questions and save both myself and you time as I do not answer emails where the answer is already provided. Some of my items are beginning to be re-listed due to non paying bidders, therefore, payment is expected within 10 days of end of auction, if payment is not received item will be relisted and appropriate feedback left. I can ill afford to pay fees and waste time for deadbeat bidders. Payment methods are money order or check, sorry, no paypal. I am putting a very modest reserve on items now so as to protect not only my investments but those of who consign to us. Thanks for looking!

PLEASE READ: As indicated in each auction, payment methods are check or money order. Sorry, no paypal. All items are sent insured and delivery confirmation, no exceptions. I do NOT end auctions early so please do not ask. We do ship to Canada for an additional 5.00 to any lot, period. All items are to be paid for within 10 days from end of auction, if not, appropriate feedback will be left and the item will be relisted. I’ve had buyers ask in the past where we purchase items. Many items are bought at estate sales, sportscard auctions both locally and nationally, the National Convention each year, flea markets, sportscard shows etc. We also take many consignments from local dealers and collectors. Thus, for the most part we are not the original owners of many items so all items are bought and sold "as is". We do not profess to be experts in any particular field, we just enjoy buying and selling. We do not open sets, boxes, packs etc. to verify the centering of cards, how "mint" they may be or the contents. They are listed exactly the way we received them, we do not offer refunds or guarantees unless noted. We’ve sold many items over the past 8 years with very little problem as our feedback indicates. Please feel free to take a minute and read the testimonials. If you feel you are uncomfortable with any of the above terms, do NOT bid. We wish you the best in all your auction endeavors! Thanks for looking!

NO PAYPAL so no charge backs and His feedback is 93.3%, Also 5 negatives in the last 12 months. Also for auction is some other wax and boxes... I would like to have a unpoened box from someone who would garentee it unopened.

I think you need to correct the title of this thread.
The term "fro" is derogatory and racist, just ask Imus.

Not to get to far off topic, but did you hear about the teach, I believe it was in Tenneesee or Kentucky, who called one of his students the N-Word. He stated that the student had called him it first, but that when the teacher called the student one he did not use the ****er version, he used a "ah" on the end instead of the er, because it is slang and all the kids use that term to each other.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

What an absolute load of CRAP this guy is selling. I just love those disclaimers he puts in there that attempt to absolve himself of any responsibility that the packs are bogus. Anyone who bids on this guy's auctions needs to have their head examined.

Frankly, it seems like buying packs from ANYONE other than Steve (BBCE) or Mark (BBC Kid) is quite risky. I just hope none of mine were tampered.

When I saw the Pennsylvania location, I kind of suspected that the seller might be poker buddies with nedsk or paoutdoorsman. The negs tell me that I may be right. I learned the hard way with nedsk. This PA seller has Neg fb's for selling not legitimate & opened stuff, merch rec'd in poor quality, as well as tons o' disclaimers in the auctions. Same MO, just a little wiser on how to hide behind some language, that is my guess.
bonus reason to stay away -- no paypal accepted

I feel sorry for anyone that lives in Penn that is trying to sell legitimate unopened product
