OT: My OPC AOL

I just noticed on my computer at home my favorites is spelled favourites.
I saw this when I looked at my AOL opening screen for the 1st time and the weater said it snowed Monday. Well that didnt happen here in the central valley of CA I then noticed it was in Ottawa. I tried to change city buy they were all Canadian. I loaded a normal AOL CD way back when and AOL updated it to Optimum or something like that and now its Canadian. Any info on how to change it? Just delete AOL and reload a new CD?
