Nice job Milwaukee fans

As I was watching my beloved Indians last night I could not help but notice the fans of Milwaukee. 19,000 showed up with less than 24 hours notice, no ties in the front row or loges opened, just a night people cheered baseball.

For a moment I wondered is this what it was it was like 50 years....just a night to play baseball and I enjoyed every minute of it.

  • im just happy that they got to play a game.

    amen.

THUMBS UP for the good fans of Milwaukee....

    Cheap Tix and the Indians!

I should fly to Milwaukee for a game.
  • As a Chicago resident and Cubs fan, I do have a special place in my heart for Brewers baseball. Great park, great fans, and a great family experience. Now that the team is actually good, I hope the fans come out more.

I'm so happy they rooted for the Indians. The poor Indians caught a poor break and they are taking it as good as they can. At the end of the day, it isn't a home game, but the fans last night made it more tolerable.

MLB schedulers say they can't move the early season games out of cold weather areas because they say that will give a schedule advantage
to those teams later in the season (don't ask me to explain it, all I know is what I heard). image

It is a disservice to the players and the fans to have to put up with this cold weather nonsense every year (this year was much worse than normal).

If they HAVE to do it at least have day games in the cold weather areas in early April.

They showed on ESPN after a CLE homerun, their mascot did the beer plunge (or whatever it's called).

Major props to the MIL organization putting this together and their fans for coming out, on short notice mind you, to support fellow MLB teams image
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
