Anyways, to answer your question.... a PSA 9 vs. a PSA 10 is a tricky one. Holding one side by side with the other, you'll usually see some small difference that makes the 10 just that little bit better. On their own, it's a judegment call most of the time and in many cases, a 9 is a 10 on any other day.
All the more reason I don't get into graded cards; I would just feel silly spending hundreds (even thousands!) more just for a label. Why do that when in most case you can probably just get a nice raw complete NRMT/MT set for about the difference in cost b/t the top single's PSA 9 vs PSA 10?
