1995d lincoln white cent

I have a 1995d lincoln penny that is white nonmagnetic metal with a thin copper coat. The coin appears to be real U.S. mintage. If you have some info,I would love to see it. sorry,no pictures yet.

This may be normal, as all Cents minted after 1982 are made of copper-coated zinc.
