Question about 2002 Topps Heritage?

I noticed there are some cards with black print on the back where the names are. Are these variations? If so what numbers should have both black and white print.

Also, do these cards exist?

    The four listed cards with a ? do not exist. Regarding the black names on the back, these were standard cards. Some cards had black and most had white names on the back.
