What's with the gazillion Roger Clemens 1/1's on eBay right now?

Sorry, but I don't subscribe to any of the hobby magazines and there's very little shops where I live to visit, but is Topps doing something special with Roger for 2007? I've never seen so many "Strikeout" 1/1's in my life. Not to mention even more #/29 cards. Did Topps produce an entire set dedicated to the Rocket like Ryan had back in the late 90's?

    no, topps introduced 2007 Moments & Milestones with every card in the set numbered to 150, and parallels to 29 or 1. Every card is for a particular stat, for example Mariano Rivera has a card for his 43 saves in 2005. This means there is 1 card for each save (1 through 43) with each of those cards being numbered to 150 for the regular card, 29 for the black parallel, 1 for the red parallel and 1 for the printing plate (not for each number for this version)
