Kevinstang's 1957-D silver Roosevelt dime.

Found the same day as the large cent. Good day, eh? Wow.

TuscaloosaJohnny's Mercury dime.

His first silver coin, found on March 28th! (I wasn't told the date and can't make it out in the photo. 1943, maybe?)

Bentfork's 1907 Indian cent.

HKnJ's 1938 Walking Liberty half.

He forgot to put it in the nomination thread, so I'll put it in here for him. It was his first Walker half.

Wow! That large cent is sweet! This one was a no-brainer for me this month, though I must congratulate HKnJ for his first Walker- I have only found two ever. And TuscaloosaJohnny's milestone deserves honorable mention- that first silver coin dug is always a find to be cherished!

I had to go with the large cent....They are so scarce.......the walker is too, but the age of the large cent just got me.

Even though it was my first silver coin (and was in exquisite condition I might add -- all marks on the torch on the back are very visible) I can't in good conscience vote for mine over the large cent. I agree that's a no brainer.
Who lusts for silver? I lust for gold.

Darn tough choice, but I had to vote with the majority and ring in for Kevin's 1851 Large Cent. What a beautiful coin!
