How much is my #1 worth?

    Its hard to give a value for that stamp. One like that is considered a space-filler. IMO, I would guess value around $5-10; maybe even less.

    zero------enjoy it for what it represents=-it has no monetary value in that condition.

    Actually if you put it on ebay you might make more than $10, just because of the fact it's a #1. People routinely pay significant sums for faulty dollar(1 2 3 4 5) Columbian denominations because they are popular. As far as real value as say ,an investment, it has little.

    I had no idea stamps were worth so much money !
    I better get to lookin at some of the stamps I have from my great aunt's collection.

    She don't have anything that old though . . .
    probably staring from the 30's till the 90's .
    Never know though,I have a pretty decent sized manilla envelope full of used stamps from all over .

    That time period is pretty common, especially used. But like you say you never know. The stamps in the auction are mostly graded.
