Is it true you can only leave feedback for an item up to 30 days after the auction ends? I've been waiting 26 days for a two dollar card, and want to know when I can neg the powerseller without fearing a retaliatory neg.

You would have to wait 89 days, 23 hours and 59 minutes to leave a negative and not worry about getting a negative back.

Feedback can be left after 90 days, and you can't really know exactly when it will end???

Leaving a neg without fear of retaliation is nearly impossible... I think.
