Maybe someday I will when I start to sort my stamps. I almost think of the chart as a collectible. If memory serves those little color circles are inserts almost like paint chips. It may have a 1940's date on it.

Thanks. Funny I just looked at last night for the first time in years. It is dated 1940 and has a 10 or 12 page 8.5x5" booklet with it. I noticed that some of the color rings ( they are like little Life Savers ) have bled to some degree into the last page. It would not have faded due to exposure to light though as it fits into a little pocket in the back of this booklet.
